Design a New Ice Cream Flavor Contest

Fill out the form below for a chance to design and make the new ice cream with our Scoops design team. If your ice cream design is chosen, you will get free ice cream for a year. Winner will be chosen after 4trh of July weend.

Rules

  1. Winner will be chosen after 4th of July weekend.
  2. Scoops Ice Cream House design team will be in contact with the winner to set up a time to make the chosen ice cream.
  3. Winner will receive one scround of ice cream every month for 12 months, beginning July of the current year and ending June of the following year.
  4. Drop off all forms at Scoops Ice Cream House, 131 E Chestnut St., Chilton, WI 53014, by June 30th. (Or submit online using the form above.)
  5. No entry fee required, no purchase necessary.
